Welcome to Oak & Pantry. These terms explain the rules for using oakandpantry.com and for buying our digital products. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Oak & Pantry (“we”, “us”) is run by a small team based in Singapore (not a registered company), trading as Oak & Pantry. It serves readers in the United States. You can reach us at hello@oakandpantry.com. Our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

• use the site in a way that is unlawful, harmful or misleading;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or its security;
• copy large parts of the site with automated tools, or collect information about other people.

Our content is for information only

Everything on Oak & Pantry, including guides, recipes, planners and tips, is general information. It is not medical, nutritional, dietary, food-safety, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

• For questions about your own health, allergies or diet, please ask a doctor or registered dietitian.
• For safe cooking temperatures and food storage, check official guidance, such as the USDA, and follow the instructions that come with your appliances.
• Cooking and using kitchen equipment carry risks. You are responsible for using our ideas safely and for your own judgment.

We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is complete or error-free. Times, amounts, prices and product details can change.

Product recommendations and affiliate links

Our guides may recommend products from other companies. We are not the seller of those products, and we are not responsible for their quality, price or availability. Some links are affiliate links, please read our Affiliate Disclosure.

Our content and your use of it

The text, photos, graphics, layouts and other material on the site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share a link to any page, and you may quote a short excerpt with credit and a link back to the original page. Some images on the site may be illustrative or AI-generated.

Digital products

We sell digital products such as printables. Checkout is handled by MailerLite using Stripe.

• Delivery. After checkout, your download is sent to the email address you give at checkout, usually in your order confirmation email. Please enter it carefully and check your spam folder.
• Your license. When you buy a digital product, you may download it and print it for your own household use. You may not resell, share, post, redistribute or give away the files, or use them for commercial purposes.
• Prices and tax. Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax or similar taxes are added at checkout where required.
• Refunds. Please see our Refund Policy.

Free printables and emails

If you sign up for our free printables or newsletter, you agree to receive the emails you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.

Your messages and ideas

If you send us feedback, questions or ideas, we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything for them. Please do not send anything confidential.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as Pinterest and online shops. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

No warranties

We provide the site and our content “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make promises that the site will always be available, secure or free of errors, or that our content will meet your needs.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Oak & Pantry is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using the site or our content, or from products or services you buy from other companies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, or any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

We may change or remove parts of the site, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where the site is run. This does not take away any rights you may have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
